The Quad City Mallards have teamed with Hockey Jersey Concepts to invite fans to design a Mallard jersey with the winning design to be worn by the team in a game during the coming season and auctioned off to benefit the Genesis Health Services Foundation, the Mallards announced today.

The Mallards will wear the winning entrant’s one-of-a-kind design during the Flock’s March 14 home game. After the Mallards have reviewed all entries, the contest winner will be announced during the Flock’s November 21 home game. The winner will receive an authentic jersey of their design.
During the contest entries will be will be displayed in a gallery on
hockeyjerseyconcepts.com. Entries will be limited to one per person and are required to be in PNG, JPG or GIF format. Full contest rules can be found

Over the last 19 years, Mallards jersey auctions have raised well over $700,000 to benefit Genesis Health System charities. The Mallards last season raised a total of $48,300 for Genesis Health System charities via a pair of postgame auctions.
The Mallards will open their eighteenth season on home ice Friday, October 24 at 7:05 p.m. against the Rapid City Rush. 2014-15 Mallards season tickets are now on sale. Ticket packages are available to meet almost any budget. A limited edition season ticket holder Mallard jersey, 12 additional ticket vouchers per seat and free parking are among a host of exclusive benefits available to season ticket holders. - It is strongly encouraged that you place your name or some sort of ID on your entry image.
- One entry per person
- Contest begins October 1.
- The deadline to submit your entry is October 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
- The Mallards will review all entries and will pick the winning design.
- The winner will receive an authentic copy of the jersey they designed.
IMPORTANT
If you submit an entry, it will become the property of the Quad City Mallards. Even if your design is not the winner, all submissions will still belong to the Mallards. By emailing and submitting a design to Hockey Jersey Concepts for the Quad City Mallards jersey design contest you are agreeing to these terms.
