QUACK TRACKS
Last Week
The Mallards sandwiched home wins over Alaska last Wednesday and Fort Wayne yesterday around last Friday’s defeat in Cincinnati to go 2-1-0 last week.

Home Sweet Home
The Mallards have won three straight home games are unbeaten in regulation (5-0-1) in their last six home games.

Rough Road
The Mallards have suffered three straight road losses and have gone winless (0-4-2) in six road games since winning their season opener in Allen October 16.

Division
Yesterday’s win was the Mallards’ first over a division opponent.  The Mallards are now 1-2-0 against Midwest Division foes.

First Blood
The Mallards yesterday won for the first time this season after allowing the first goal.  The Mallards are now 1-5-2 when giving up the first goal.  They have gone 5-0-1 when scoring first.

Seventh Heaven
The Mallards set a team season high for goals in last Wednesday’s 7-4 win over Alaska.  Raphael Bussieres (2-0-2), Matt Neal (2-1-3) and Zach Pochiro (2-1-3) scored two goals apiece in that victory and were among seven Mallards who recorded two or more points in that game.  Olivier Archambault (0-3-3), Mike Monfredo (0-3-3), Guillaume Gelinas (0-2-2) and Darren McMillan (0-2-2) also enjoyed multiple point nights.

Red Light District
Bussieres scored the third period game winner in each of the Mallards’ last two victories and has seven points (four goals and three assists) in his last five games.  Bussieres and Neal- who has four goals (and one assist) in his last five games- are among a group of players tied for fourth in the league in goals (7).

Arch Madness
Olivier Archambault has eight points (three goals and five assists) in his last six games and is now tied for third in the ECHL in assists (10) and tied for seventh in points (14).

Blue Line
Monfredo leads ECHL defensemen in assists (10) and is tied for third overall in assists.  Monfredo is also tied for second among defensemen in points (11).  Gelinas is tied for fourth among defensemen in points (10) and tied for sixth among blue liners in assists (7). 

Between the Pipes
Brody Hoffman has won his last three starts and posted a 2.35 goals against average and .917 save percentage in the process.

Special Teams
Tanner Eberle yesterday scored the Mallards’ second shorthanded goal of the season one game after the Mallards matched a season high by allowing two power play goals (on four Cyclone advantages) last Friday in Cincinnati.  The Mallards rank fifteenth in the ECHL IN penalty killing (83.0 percent).  The Mallards went 0-for-8 on the power play in their two games last weekend and now rank sixth in the league on the man advantage (21.8 percent). 

Head to Head
Friday night’s game is the finale of the Mallards’ two-game season series with Alaska.  Last Wednesday’s Mallard victory over the Aces was the first ever match-up between the teams…The Mallards’ dropped their first ever meeting with the Fuel 5-2 in Indianapolis November 7.  The two clubs will clash a total of ten times this season.

Milestones
Bussieres played his one hundredth career game last Wednesday against Alaska…Guillaume Gelinas played his fiftieth career game last Friday at Cincinnati…Vladimir Nikiforov played his one hundred fiftieth career ECHL game yesterday against Fort Wayne.

Ins and Outs
Ryan Tesink has missed the Mallards’ last two games (upper body)…The Mallards traded forward Logan Nelson to the Wichita Thunder in exchange for future considerations last Thursday…The Mallards signed forward Kevin Henderson last Thursday…The Mallards released forward Cole Wilson and forward/defenseman Nick Grasso last Thursday.

The Mallards have once again partnered with Metro to provide transit service between Augustana College and downtown Moline during all Friday home games. As part of Metro’s unlimited ride program, Augustana riders can use their Augustana ID as their fare.

Toys for Tots
The Mallards have teamed with R.I.A. Federal Credit Union on behalf of Toys for Tots.  Fans who bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Mallards’ game Sunday against the Indy Fuel or drop off a toy at any R.I.A. Federal Credit Union location before Sunday's game will receive a voucher good for $5 off a ticket to Sunday's contest.  Toys for Tots annually collects toys during October, November and December and distributes those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.

ON THE AIR
Fox Sports Radio 1230 is the radio home of Mallards Hockey Presented by Genesis Power Sports Performance.  Mallards games broadcast on AM 1230 also stream live online at www.wfxn.net.  A limited number of Mallards games will not air on Fox Sports Radio 1230- including the Mallards’ games against Indy Saturday and Sunday- due to conflicts with University of Illinois basketball and football and Green Bay Packer football.  ECHL-TV pay-per-view video webcasts and free audio webcasts of all Mallards games are also available at myqcmallards.net.

MOBILE
The Mallards’ official mobile app is now available free for both Apple and Android.  The app features a wide array of exclusive content, including behind the scenes video, breaking news and scoring alerts, interviews and video messages from coach Terry Ruskowski and Mallards players, instant access to live scores, stats and standings and special offers from the team and from Mallards partners.

Single Game Tickets
Single game tickets for all Mallards regular season contests are now available.  Fans can contact the Mallards at (309) 277-1364 or info@myqcmallards.com for more information about tickets.  Single game tickets are also available at the iWireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free.  The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.

Group Tickets
