The Mallards, led by mascot Mo, will be back in action in the community on Saturday, July 19 at Community Health Care's Back-to-School Health Fair in Rock Island and on Friday, July 25 and Saturday July 26 at the 40th annual Bix 7 in Davenport.

July 19 will see Mo will join the Health Fair festiviities at 2750 11th Street in in Rock Island at 10:00 a.m.  The event itself will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The Back-to-School Health Fair will feature children's activities, school supply giveaways, dental screenings and more. 

Mo will also be on hand for Alcoa's Jr. Bix 7 on July 25 at 6:00 p.m. at the Quad-City Times.  The Mallards' mascot will lend encouragement to participants in the 18th annual 12-and-under race.  The following day at 8:00 a.m. a pair of Mallard representatives will run in the Quad-City Times Bix 7.  In all, over 20,000 runners, including some of the best in the world, will take part in this year's Bix 7.
