The Quad City Mallards will host a preseason party Saturday, October 10 at the Moline Historic Block on River Drive in downtown Moline, the Mallards announced today. The preseason party will follow on the heels of the opening of Mallards 2015-16 single game ticket sales on Thursday, October 8.
The preseason party will open to the general public free of charge from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and will feature live music from Gray Wolf. The party will also see Mallards coach and general manager Terry Ruskowski introduce the 2015-16 Mallards. Players and coach will be joined at the event by Mallards Ice Girls and mascot Mo Mallard.
The Moline Historic Block is located on River Drive adjacent to River House Bar & Grill, near Bad Boy’z Pizza & Pub and across the street from the iWireless Center.
The event will open exclusively to Mallards season ticket holders from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Season ticket books will be available for pickup at that time. Complimentary food will be provided for season ticket holders courtesy of Bad Boy’z Pizza & Pub.
Single game tickets for all Mallards regular season games, including the October 23 home opener against the Tulsa Oilers, will be available starting at 10:00 a.m. on October 8. Fans can purchase single game tickets in person at the iWireless Center box office, by calling TicketMaster charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online at myqcmallards.net.
The Mallards will begin their nineteenth season- and their second in the ECHL- on the road against the defending champion Allen Americans on Friday, October 16 before returning to the Quad Cities for the October 23 iWireless Center opener.
