Tom Carroll was named the Mallards' equipment manager in 2017 having already been a fixture in the organization for most of the prior two decades. Carroll first joined the team in 1997 as a stick boy. He spent spent five years as the Mallards’ assistant equipment manager before taking over the head role.
Carroll also enjoyed a two-year stint in the American Hockey League as the Quad City Flames’ visiting locker room attendant from 2007 to 2009.
Carroll, who earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Ambrose University, is a native of East Moline.
