Stop Sign
Yesterday's loss to Indy halted the Mallards' four-game winning streak. That winning streak was the Mallards' second longest this season. Each of those four wins came away from home, making the run the Mallards' longest road winning streak of the season.

Playoff Picture
The Mallards occupy the eighth and final playoff berth in the ECHL's Western Conference. The Mallards' loss yesterday combined with the Tulsa Oilers' victory over the Allen Americans reduced the Mallards' lead over ninth place Tulsa to a single point. The Oilers, who visit Utah for games Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, have two games in hand on the Mallards. The Mallards are two points behind the seventh place Colorado Eagles. Both the Mallards and Eagles have played 63 games.

Road Warriors
The Mallards defeated the Komets in overtime in Fort Wayne Saturday night to close out a stretch of six straight road games with a record of 5-1-0. The Mallards have gone 7-1-0 in their last eight away tilts.

On the Road Again
The Mallards this Saturday in Wichita kick off a three-game road trip that will see them meet the Thunder again next Tuesday night before visiting the Missouri Mavericks next Wednesday evening.

Home Sweet Home?
The Mallards yesterday played their first home game since the fell to Wichita 3-2 in overtime on March 5. The Mallards are winless (0-2-1) in their last three home games.

Fuel for the Fire
The Mallards have lost their last five games against the Fuel. The Mallards have not defeated Indy since edging the Fuel 3-2 in overtime November 29 at the iWireless Center. The Mallards have gone 2-7-0 against Indy this season.

Sweep
The Mallards swept a pair of one-goal games from the Midwest Division-leading Komets last weekend in Fort Wayne.

Busy
The Mallards over the weekend played three times in three nights for the eighth and final time this season. With yesterday's loss they fell to 4-3-1 when playing for the third time in three days.

Division
Yesterday's game was the seventh of eight straight against division opponents for the Mallards. They went 5-2-0 over the first six games of that stretch and have gone 15-14-1 against division foes this season.

Workin' Overtime
With Saturday's sudden death win in Fort Wayne the Mallards improved to 5-4 in games settled in overtime this season.

Thirty
By defeating Fort Wayne last Friday the Mallards reached thirty wins for the sixth straight season.

Undermanned
The Mallards yesterday dressed just 15 skaters instead of the standard 16 for the third time in their last six games.

Between the Pipes
Yesterday's loss was P.J. Musico's first in regulation since joining the Mallards in a trade with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits last month. Musico had gone 5-0-1 before yesterday's setback. That defeat also halted Musico's four-game winning streak. Musico has started five straight games.

Arch Madness
Olivier Archambault has set a Mallard season high by recording points (2-6-8) in eight straight games.

The Knack
Jordan Knackstedt yesterday scored his first goal for the Mallards in his ninth game with the team after being acquired in a trade with Greenville. Knackstedt is on a five-game point-scoring streak (1-4-5) and has eight points (one goal and seven assists) in his last eight games.

Iron Mike
Mike Monfredo is tied for sixth among ECHL defensemen in assists (27).

Sudden Victory
Austin Coldwell last Saturday scored his second overtime goal of the season to give the Mallards the win in Fort Wayne at 1:46 o the extra period. On November 29 he scored at 4:14 of sudden death to give the Mallards a 3-2 win over Indy.

Double Down
Tanner Eberle scored twice in the first period Saturday in Fort Wayne. Eberle was assisted on both goals by Anthony Collins, who had picked up a total of two assists in 50 games before Saturday night.

Debuts
Forward J.T. Osborn made his professional debut with the Mallards last Friday night after completing his college career at Western Michigan. Defenseman Richard Nedomlel made his Mallard debut last Friday night after being assigned to the Mallards by the American Hockey League’s Chicago Wolves.

Special Teams
The Mallards' streak of 21 consecutive successful penalty kills ended when Ben Marshall scored the game winning goal on the power play for Indy yesterday. The Mallards rank twelfth in the ECHL in penalty killing (84.8 percent). The Mallards have converted just one of their last 16 power plays and now rank eighteenth on the man advantage (15.9 percent).

Milestones
Mike Monfredo yesterday played his two hundred sixty-fifth career game for the Mallards to move past Rick Emmett (264) into eighth place in team history…Vladimir Nikiforov has 296 career points.

Head to Head
The Mallards have gone 5-1-0 against the IceMen heading into Friday night's season series finale. Evansville lone win against the Mallards came in their only prior visit to the iWireless Center. The IceMen won 3-2 in Moline on December 30. All-time the Mallards have gone 14-9-0 against the IceMen overall and 4-3-0 at home. The two teams met 16 times in the Central Hockey League in 2010-11 and 2011-12...The Mallards have gone 3-0-2 against the Thunder this season and have gone 2-0-1 against Wichita at the iWireless Center. The clubs wrap up their season series next Tuesday in Wichita.  The Mallards have gone 16-17-3 all-time against Wichita and have gone 7-9-1 at INTRUST Bank Arena.

Ins and Outs
J.T. Osborn was released yesterday after signing an amateur tryout agreement and making his professional debut with the Mallards last Friday… Jared Knight was assigned to the Mallards by Iowa (AHL) last Thursday…Richard Nedomlel made his Mallard debut last Friday after being assigned to the Mallards from Chicago (AHL) by St. Louis (NHL) last Wednesday…Jake Baker signed a professional tryout agreement with Manitoba (AHL) last Wednesday...Matt Neal (lower body) and Kyle Follmer (bereavement) have missed the last three games… Raphael Bussieres has missed the Mallards’ last seven games (upper body).

The Mallards have once again partnered with Metro to provide transit service between Augustana College and downtown Moline during all Friday home games. As part of Metro’s unlimited ride program, Augustana riders can use their Augustana ID as their fare.

Fox Sports Radio 1230 is the radio home of Mallards Hockey Presented by Genesis Power Sports Performance. Mallards games broadcast on AM 1230 also stream live online at www.wfxn.net. A limited number of Mallards games will not air on Fox Sports Radio 1230 due to conflicts with University of Illinois basketball and football and Green Bay Packer football. ECHL-TV pay-per-view video webcasts and free audio webcasts of all Mallards games are also available at myqcmallards.net.

Single Game Tickets

Single game tickets are also available at the iWireless Center box office, at Ticketmaster outlets, through www.ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone toll free. The box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on game days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the second period.

Playoff Push Pricing
The Mallards have instituted reduced “Playoff Push” pricing for prime sections and made additional $10 tickets available for all remaining home games. Fans can now purchase seats in four center ice sections- 103, 104, 114 and 115- for just $24- down from $28- or get four tickets in those areas for the family-friendly price of $80. The Mallards have also increased the number $10 upper level tickets available for the remainder of the regular season.

Group Tickets
Groups of at least ten receive savings off the walk-up price and a host of group benefits.
